Yarn Manufacturing

Over the last 60 years, we have continued to stay abreast with the advancements in the yarn manufacturing process, introducing new technologies and adding capacity expansions at regular intervals.

Our products are manufactured at state-of-the-art facilities in Veraval, Gujarat and Kalyan, Maharashtra. The unit at Veraval is unique in being the only Raysil viscose filament yarn manufacturing unit to be equipped with all technologies of Raysil viscose filament yarn manufacturing i.e. pot spun yarn (PSY), continuous spun yarn (CSY) and the unique proprietary spool spun yarn (SSY) technology.

We have two manufacturing plants for our Raysil Viscose filament Yarn the Kalyan plant (Shahad, Maharashtra) has both PSY and CSY technologies, while the Veraval plant is equipped with SSY technology. Additionally, the Kalyan plant is adjacent to a facility that produces Rayon Tyre Yarn and select chemicals through backward integration.
