Over the last 60 years, we have continued to stay abreast with the advancements in the yarn manufacturing process, introducing new technologies and aiding capacity expansions at regular intervals.

Our products are manufactured at state-of-the-art facilities in Veraval, Gujarat and Kalyan, Maharashtra. The unit at Veraval is unique in being the only viscose filament yarn manufacturing unit to be equipped with all technologies of viscose filament yarn manufacturing i.e. pot spun yarn (PSY), continuous spun yarn (CSY) and the unique proprietary spool spun yarn (SSY) technology.

Customers have the flexibility to procure any kind of viscose yarn from a single location. The other yarn manufacturing unit at Shahad, Maharashtra, is equipped with the technologies CSY, PSY and also manufactures Rayon Tyre Yarn, and some chemicals by its backward integration.

The unit in Veraval manufactures 21,000 TPA of high quality Viscose Filament Yarn (VFY). It is the only VFY manufacturing unit to be equipped with all technologies of viscose filament yarn manufacturing.

Capacity – 27 KTPA

With an annual capacity of 27 KT, the unit is equipped to manufacture viscose filament yarn through the traditional technology of Pot Spun Yarn and the more latest Continuous Spun Yarn and is equipped with distinct pulp lines for the two manufacturing processes.
